PACKAGES
Gold Inspection Package
We recommend our Gold Home Inspection Package for the best value and more thorough results. It includes a computer generated inspection report on hundreds of items on the home (inside and out) with pictures delivered to you to review the day of the inspection. With this package it also includes Infrared Scanning to detect moisture and dangerously hot wiring that is not seen by a visible inspection alone.
Silver Inspection Package
Includes a thorough computer generated inspection report with hundreds of items of our findings with pictures delivered electronically the day of the inspection. Unlike the Gold Package it does not include the Infrared Scanning or Appliance Recall Check.
Inspection Services
Radon Testing – $155
Radon is a significant issue throughout Colorado, which is why the Colorado Department of Health recommends that all buyers get their future home tested for radon. The EPA also urges homebuyers and owners to utilize professional Radon Testing because radon exposure is the second leading cause of all U.S. lung cancer deaths. Any house can have a radon issue, regardless of whether or not it has a basement. We offer Radon Testing as an add-on or standalone inspection service.
Water Quality Testing – Starts at $210
Poor water quality can cause a myriad of health problems. Protect yourself by getting your water tested. We offer two Water Quality Tests to choose from:
Basic Water Quality Testing – Total Coliform, E. Coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Turbidity – Lab results in 3 days. $210.
Deluxe Water Quality Testing (recommended) – Total Coliform, E. Coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, Turbidity, Iron, Manganese, and pH – Lab results in 3 days. $250.
Sewer Scope – $195
We will inspect the sewer line all the way from your home’s clean-out to the city’s main line. We’ll be able to pinpoint any issues with the sewer line so that they can be repaired, as needed. This inspection service can be purchased on its own or with any other service.
Commercial Building/Property Inspections
We work with commercial building buyers in the Greater El Paso County Area. Our commercial inspection services are available for light commercial buildings such as strip malls and storefronts. Mold Testing – $415
The presence of mold in your home is dangerous for multiple reasons. By getting a mold test, you can help yourself avoid issues ranging from reduced indoor air quality to expensive damages caused to the affected areas. We will collect 3-5 air samples during this test. Each sample is tested by a laboratory, and you’ll receive results in 3 days.
Allergen Testing – $380
Allergen Testing can do much more than simply point out any allergens in the home. Because this test identifies the presence of multiple allergens, you’ll also learn if the house has a cockroach infestation. The allergens we test for include dogs, cats, cockroaches, and two types of dust mites.
New Construction Inspection
Many buyers make the mistake of assuming that their newly constructed home will be in perfect condition. Avoid disappointments and future contractor issues by bringing our team in to thoroughly inspect the new property. We know exactly what to look for and will clue you in to any problems such as sloppy construction shortcuts. That way, you can move in after everything is truly completed.
11-Month/Builder’s Warranty
Builder’s typically provide new construction buyers with a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, the vast majority of buyers allow this warranty to expire without utilizing it to take care of existing issues. The primary reason for this is that homeowners often miss minor problems until they become a catastrophe. With our 11-Month/Builder’s Warranty Inspection, you can ensure that items covered by your warranty will be taken care of at the builder’s expense instead of yours.
Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection

With a Pre-Listing Inspection, you can learn everything that needs to be repaired or replaced.
